Missing documentation for 'pad-right' syntax

For the 'pad-right' syntax:

1. What basic types can it be used with (string, byte array, etc)?
2. How does it behave/how does it work?
3. What is the exact syntax (allowed values, etc)?

Actually, it came to my mind that we miss a relatively big piece of documentation about all non-pre-determined structures, i.e. all about terminator + related options like include and consume, strz type alias, pad-right, etc. Probably it should be inserted between 4.4 and 4.5, named something like "Delimited structures".

pad-right should be legal with any of size-eos, size, terminator.

I see pad-right listed in the style guide, but I can't find it anywhere in the user guide or reference. Should this issue be reopened perhaps? Or am I missing something?
