Adding custom colours to schedule

Thought it would be useful to be able to pick and choose schedule colours for individual classes, when scheme is set to colorful.
Was wondering though what the position on using Jquery and larger files in general is?
It can of course be written in complete vanilla JS without unnecessary libs and fonts

Current idea is something along the lines of this, which includes a colorpicker and of course manual typing of color codes
