Updated the Eleventy WebC plugin configuration to use a recursive glob pattern: from `./src/_includes/webc/*.webc` to `./src/_includes/webc/**/*.webc`. This enables the use of nested folders for organizing WebC components, for example following Atomic Design principles (atoms, molecules, organisms…).
