Trouble Running Locally

I forked this repo and wanted to attempt to customize it to use my favorite stations and run it locally in the self hosted model. 

I run make build and make run and receive this error in the browser. 

TypeError: WebAssembly.instantiate(): Import #0 "gojs": module is not an object or function

What updates do i need to make to overcome this?
