Proposal

The color-scheme CSS property is already documented.

The color-scheme meta tag should be documented.

A shot at this was made in #31411, but the PR was closed without resolution.

EDIT: the meta tag is actually somewhat documented on the Standard metadata names page. However this page doesn't come up in search — I believe that a dedicated page would still be useful. ("Tasks" below was updated accordingly).

Tasks
