Powertoys run autocomplete on RTL languages looks wrong

Environment

Windows build number: [Version 10.0.18362.778]
PowerToys version: 0.18.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

Search for a file with a name in a Right To Left language - e.g. hebrew

Expected behavior

The text for the autocomplete should match up with the text that was entered

Actual behavior

The text does not match up.

I think the issue could probably be solved by making the text and the autocomplete text start from the right side of the run box if the language is Right to Left

@RoniJacobson thank you for answering. I though i could have broken this with a fix that i did. @crutkas who can do this?
