Wmmemwsl process using unholy amount of RAM and Disk

Repro Steps

1. Open WSL through docker desktop, vscode or any other ways.
   --> At this point it consumes about 8GB RAM. No noticeable disk usage.
2. Open vscode and connect to wsl.. (May fail since all RAM might be consumed)
3. Open another vscode window (through "New window") command and connect to wsl distro.
   --> At this point it consumes all RAM and 100% of disk usage.

The RAM being consumed, wsl memory limit to 2GB. The RAM being consumed, wsl memory limit to 2GB. All disk usage being consumed by opening 2 vscode windows using containers...

Expected Behavior

Usual RAM and Disk usage, usually lower than 1GB and 20Mb

Actual Behavior

Consuming unholy amounts of RAM and Disk usage
