Switch from CO2Signal API to ElectricityMap

The CO2Signal API is no longer available for new API keys. The code has to be switched to the ElectricityMap API, which uses two separate REST calls to grab carbonIntensity and fossilFuelPercentage (https://portal.electricitymaps.com/docs/getting-started#granularity).

This tutorial needs to be updated to handle two REST calls: 5-browser-extension/2-forms-browsers-local-storage

The CO2Signal API is outdated, so I’ll update the browser extension tutorial (5-browser-extension/2-forms-browsers-local-storage) to use ElectricityMap’s API with separate carbonIntensity and fossilFuelPercentage REST calls. Let me know if I should proceed
