Visual Studio Code eating + oon save

• VSCode Version: 1.49.3 on Windows or 1.49.2 on Linux
• OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19041 or Linux x64 5.8.12-200.fc32.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:

Set on in settings:

1. Code formatting: Whitespace Around Operator

2. Format On Save

3. Save file twice. The operator '+' is gone

Same on Linux and Windows.

Btw, Format on paste or Format on typen doesn't work at all for me.
