[data grid] Issues with resize handle on feature table

Steps to reproduce

Just two issues I noticed on the features table.

Steps:

1. Open the column menu
2. Close the column menu by clicking the resize handle
3. Resize handle disappears

1. Drag column all the way to the right
2. Watch the width jump when releasing the mouse

Looks like a scrollbar problem

Context

Was just checking some features when I noticed this, reporting as they may be underlying bugs in the DataGrid implementation.
