Emojis semicolon shortcut on board title and card title

Not a problem, but a user improvement (makes working with deck a Joy with emojis)

Semicolons open the emojis shortcut to display emojis in those titles

Describe alternatives you've considered
I can do it today with copy and paste the Emojis, but it's painfully slow.
