Add support for nextcloud 32

Description

In this pull request, the following changes have been made:

• Updated maximum supported Nextcloud version from 31 to 32
• Bumped application version from 2.10.0 to 2.10.1
• Updated CI workflow to test against Nextcloud versions 31 and 32 instead of 30 and 31
