install HPB with Talk script failed

Steps To Reproduce

after upgrade from 29 to 30 on ubuntu 22.04 (all updated before upgrade NC) i've got "error connecting to signaling server". so triyng reinstall with Talk script

1. Go to /var/scripts
2. Run menu.sh then Additional Apps
3. wait for "do you want install signalin server" and agree
4. wait a while and you'll see error "systemctl enable nats-server failed" ( screenshot below )

Expected Result

signaling server is installed, up and functional

Actual Result

signaling server not installed

I ran into the same issue upon sudo bash /var/scripts/menu.sh and running Update.

The 'nats-server' failed.

I was able to resolve it myself by manually re-configuring nats-server...

sudo tee /etc/systemd/system/nats-server.service > /dev/null <<'EOF'
[Unit]
Description=NATS Server
After=network.target

[Service]
ExecStart=/usr/bin/nats-server -c /etc/nats/nats.conf
User=nats
Group=nats
Restart=on-failure
LimitNOFILE=1048576

[Install]
WantedBy=multi-user.target
EOF

reload daemon
sudo systemctl daemon-reload

then enable nats-server service and restart it...

sudo systemctl enable --now nats-server

sudo service nats-server restart && sudo service nats-server status

That resolved it for me...

it seems as though something happened to nats-server service with the nats-server package being used by nextcloud/vm... As prior to simply rebuilding the service file myself, I attempted to uninstall/reinstall, and the nats-server.service file was NOT created upon sudo apt purge nats-server && sudo apt update && sudo apt install nats-server - doing sudo systemctl enable --now nats-server didn't work, it seems the package no longer configures a service? Strange. Something must be up with the repo or something.
