Request feature add status on image loading

is possible add status when we click image or inline href, before loaded image 100%, show satus of loading like:

• processing
• loading
• or img indicator loading

then when image also not found or cant be loaded, show status if happen error.

I think the loading preference handles this case, doesn't it?
