docs: remove leftover TODO comments from getting started notebooks#5514

- getting_started.ipynb: remove dead 'TODO remove' and commented-out openai/gpt-4o model_id that was left over from development - getting_started_llama_api.ipynb: remove stale 'TODO: update this with a vision model' comment (already using current model)
