[grafana] Traces not showing up in APM dashboard

Which version of the demo you are using?

Symptom

What is the expected behavior?

When navigating to APM Dashboard (Jaeger, Prometheus, OpenSearch) I expect to see Traces, Metrics and Logs from services.

What is the actual behavior?

Traces are not being loaded with the following error:

failed to decode Jaeger response: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value
(Trace ID: cc4690f5c1700baac1c5c27d3103d6e5)

Interesting enough, this trace is not from the service I'm querying, but actually from envoy:

Reproduce

Clone the repo, start the demo and navigate to grafana.

I suspect that is related to Jaeger being updated to v2
