Kubernetes attributes don't cover labels and services

The current recommendation regarding Kubernetes-specific attributes doesn't include labels and services, I think it'd be very helpful to add attributes for those two aspects of Kubernetes.

Closing this, as this is now a semantic conventions issue, and requirements seem to be satisfied, if this is incorrect, please open a new issue on the semantic conventions repository.
