Why 2023.2.1? Why twice? (Although that's not problematic - but does seem strange).

Not 100% sure but I think this is something that might be unnecessary as we are no longer using the classic compiler. So maybe we did not change it because it was not needed and we might have just removed it.

If you are no longer using the classic compiler then it seems like the dependency should be removed.

(FWIW - 2023.2.1 is the last version of the classic compiler)
