[Feature Request] publish docker images to ghcr.io

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I'm frustrated of the docker hub rate limits, so it would be nice to have an alternate docker image source.

Describe the solution you'd like

Please publish the docker images also to ghcr.io which is very easy from github actions and doesn't need any extra secrets.
