FIPS check fails on old versions of CMA. I just want to see if this is the whole problem.
I don't really want to break the upgrade graph if I don't have to, but as long as it's scanning ancient versions we're either gonna have to keep up with Conforma, or we're going to have to find a way to get exceptions for all these pre-shipped images?
