The notability requirements exist because we have limited CI resources and need to ensure we're building packages with a meaningful user base. Since shyaml-rs is a new repo, it doesn't currently meet the threshold on its own, even though the original shyaml does. We'd recommend submitting the formula once shyaml-rs itself gains enough traction to meet the requirements. In the meantime, a personal tap is the right place for it. |
