Description of issue

Problem: sqlite formula version is 3.52.0, not latest stable version 3.51.3. Really at a loss, so hoping someone might have some thoughts. sqlite is installed as a Keg only on my Apple Silicon Mac. I run brew updates daily and today I received the following message: Warning: Skipping sqlite: most recent version 3.51.3 not installed. I've looked into it and don't see how this happened, but here is what I've got...

The upstream uploaded 3.52.0 but it was revoked: https://sqlite.org/releaselog/3_52_0.html
