Error with accentuated chars in Brazilian-Portuguese or Ç #90

Hi!
Please, there are some solution to use accentuation with this dll?
In window 8.1 app I tried update a string/text field with text "joão da silvaç" and writes ok, and in sqlite admin software returns query ok, properly saved.
When I try read data with sqlconnection.query method, all extended chars are inválid, and returns "?".
