reduce footprint of polkadot-omni-node-lib #10512
Description
I am reviewing Cargo.lock file of Acala node, built with omni-node, and it includes revm, pallet-xcm, and bunch other pallets. There are no good reason an omni node should include anything from FRAME. polkadot-omni-node-lib should be improved to not depend on FRAME.
