listener.py not working - change i scapy

Hi Guiseppe,

It's been a while since last commit to this, but I'll try here before diving into the code myself.

When running listener.py it doesn't parse the packages correctly.

root@dhcpstarv:~/pyDHCPStarvator# python3 listener.py -i ens224
Start DHCP listener on interface 'ens224' with filter 'port 68 and port 67'
DHCP OFFER from: n []
DHCP OFFER from: n []
DHCP OFFER from: n []

Perhaps there was a change in the scapy module?

probably yes, try to install in a virtualenv pip install "scapy==2.4.4"

if it works the issue of version mismatch is confirmed and we should do a commit here https://github.com/peppelinux/pyDHCPStarvator/blob/master/requirements.txt to fix that version
