Login screen: support custom branding without forking #1159

What would you like?
Allow administrators to customize the login screen (logo, background image, color scheme, text) without forking the entire codebase or rebuilding the Docker image.
Why is this needed?
We’d like to brand our Planka instance for “Feuerwehr Reinbek”. Currently there is no supported configuration for custom login assets, forcing us to either override static files manually or maintain a custom fork. A built-in mechanism would simplify upgrades and branding.
Other information
- Is there already a way to achieve this via existing environment variables or settings?
- Any tips or pointers to documentation would be greatly appreciated.
