set function typescript type to have third parameter

If I'm not mistaken, the set function accepts a third parameter that reflects in the devtools panel when the given set function is called. Now in the typescript type it only has two parameters: partial and replace.

The third argument is only effective if devtools middleware is used.
Typing with middleware is really hard but it's best tried. #601
There might be room for improvement, and wish anyone to try.
