In the documentation for the Assistant->Getting Started, there are two options, one for Anthropic and one for Github Copilot.

1. It would be great to have an anchor so that a particular tab can be referenced directly.
2. Both tabs open with the phrase Positron Assistant requires a ... but it isn't clear if both are needed, or if only one is needed. Maybe a better phrase would be To use [Anthropic|Github Copilot] in Positron Assistant, it requires a... if that is what is meant.

To be able to send people a link to the page without needing to add extra information for selecting the correct tab.

Were there any error messages in the UI, Output panel, or Developer Tools console?

AFAICT we would need quarto-dev/quarto-cli#3416 resolved before we can do this.
