File `nohup.out` generated by Positron Supervisor

Reported in #7211, when kernelSupervisor.shutdownTimeout is set to anything but immediately, a nohup.out file is generated within the project. This may not be intuitive to users and doesn't seem to serve a purpose.

Possible options:

• Avoid generating this file
• Update that setting's description to warn about this file
