LGTM - further improvements:
- Move from in-memory VK to disk-based key-value store (e.g., https://github.com/projectdiscovery/hmap)
- Keep track of BlackRock initial seed to repeat scan in the same ip:port order
- Use CIDRs aggregation to reduce disk occupation
