Refactor the "Open WebUI" template.

Hi,

This PR propose a little refactoring of the template to make it more generic to detect the presence of an instance of the Open WebUI software.

Template Validation

• Validated with a host running a vulnerable version and/or configuration (True Positive)
• Validated with a host running a patched version and/or configuration (avoid False Positive)

OK so the convention for a PR for a template is to just say that the template was tested but without providing the targeted hosts right ?
