The `pydot_ng` recommendation should definitely be dropped since that project is officially archived in favor of pydot: https://github.com/pydot/pydot-ng

Motivation for these changes
The
pydot_ngrecommendation should be dropped since that project is officially archived in favor of pydot: https://github.com/pydot/pydot-ng. The idea for fixing this came out of this discussion: #333Implementation details
Just fixed an install comand.
