Fix navbar look when toggler is used

This issue consists of 2 minor problems:

• the navbar pushes content down when toggler is used, it should overlay it
• when it is unfolded on mobile there are color differences of some background and the bottom bar (grey / black).

The fix should be make navbar overlay content and have uniform color.
