Reverted the changes to pythoneval.test entirely to prevent merge conflicts with #16844.

According to mypy_primer, this change doesn't affect type check results on a corpus of open source code. ✅ |

--python-version 3.7from tests if not necessary anymore or use3.8where it makes sense instead.
