We currently use "deadmanssnitch", but sentry now provides Cron Monitors, which can be configured in a similar automated way via the Sentry API.

We can setup Sentry->Pagerduty to alert on this, so we should be 1:1 feature in the end.

deadmansnitch is a $19/month cost, so this is worth investigating.
