Document saving and renaming codespace

When using GitHub Codespaces to work on a particular bug/issue, it is good practice to turn off auto-delete and rename the codespace instance, so it is easy to restart work at a later time.

We could document this more explicitly in the Starting Codespace section (and see if GitPod has similar functionality to document).
