Bootstrap store is not being reset if initial subscription bootstrap is interrupted by role change

During the testing for the "handle role changes without client reset" feature, it was discovered that the bootstrap store was not being cleared out if the initial subscription bootstrap (for query version 1) was interrupted by a role change, leading to extra records in the local realm once the role change and subscription bootstraps had completed.

Update the operation of the bootstrap store to be cleared any time the session is started, regardless of whether it is being started from scratch or resumed after being suspended.

Updated the Session so it will also apply a pending bootstrap (or clears it) when the session is resumed.
