React compiler docs mention the use of @rollup/plugin-babel instead of @rolldown/plugin-babel

As it mentions here, it says that @rollup/plugin-babel should be installed instead of @rolldown/plugin-babel, which is different then the way @vitejs/plugin-react suggests adding react compiler to vite.

is this a typo or accurate?
