On windows, IO.console.winsize= now respects the current view area and screen buffer size.

The current
#winsize=causes unintended scrolling back, making the results ofmake test-alldifficult to read when running on command prompt window(conhost).This is due to the current processing related to window size and cursor position uses absolute positions within the buffer.
This will be changed to processing based on relative positions within the display area.
