You have plan to introduce config files (A la *.ini) support?

It has been proposed before. Should be easy to do: https://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/pygments-main/src/fffc133e5d9e62833dc7f5d10024c182dbe60ef6/pygments/lexers/configs.py?at=default&fileviewer=file-view-default#configs.py-26.

But I'm not adding new scanners at the moment. You can go ahead and try to implement one yourself!

Do not know Ruby.
I'm going to learn Ruby in the next year. Then I send PR ;)
