Made a few edits for grammar/clarity, but LGTM now 👍
This is quite a bit longer than newsletter sections tend to be, but I'm inclined to allow it given that this is a major update to a pretty foundational crate in the ecosystem. cc @ozkriff @AngelOnFira, would you agree with that?
