`RegexSet` replace

Is there a reason for not having replace-like methods on RegexSet? If not, I would be willing to contribute an implementation based on Regex's.

Yes, there is a reason. Replace APIs require finding the offset of matches, and the implementation doesn't support that, as stated in the docs.
