Wrong colors of variable names that starts with `c_`

Whenever the name of a variable starts with c_, its coloring is wrong. It uses the same color as storage/meta.function-call scopes.

I think it was done intentionally, it dates back to around 7 years ago, to match the raw C types (such as https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/os/raw/index.html), although rust was a different beast in 2012.

It might be an option to change it back to the old hard-coded list (c_char|c_double|c_float|c_int|c_long|c_longlong|c_schar|c_short|c_uchar|c_uint|c_ulong|c_ulonglong|c_ushort|c_void) or removing it altogether. I'm not sure if the hard-coded list was removed for performance reasons, or just to be more concise/flexible.
