Description

• Added new Config class
• Removed unused $GLOBALS vars and constants
• Improved error handler
• Permission are now allocated in there respected .json files
• Improved code dealing with permissions
• Improved parts of the installer
• Addressed GDPR concerns

Another update to help clean the codebase of SourceBans++ and also address a few GDPR privacy concerns
