Make web.png 16x16 pixel as other game logos

Description

All game logos are 16x16 pixels, except the web.png, therefore there are different row heights in various lists, for example in Latest Added Bans

Motivation and Context

Same height list rows would be nicer looking.

How Has This Been Tested?

No test was required.
