Multimodality for llama 4 was supported in a very recent PR and hence was not released in sglang==4.5.0. Please pull sglang from the latest source and install:

pip install --upgrade pip
pip install -e "python[all]" --find-links https://flashinfer.ai/whl/cu124/torch2.5/flashinfer-python
