Describe the bug

CI TestVILAServer.test_video_chat_completion has been broken since the past few days (if not longer). Creating an issue for tracking.

@futrime , JFYI. The issue seems to be caused by the new model revision.

Here is the PR to mitigate the issue by hardcoding model revision to LKG: #7610 . Please let us know if the model behavioral change was expected and feel free to make additional changes to CI / model as needed.
