Adds the following plugins (from swagger-api/swagger-ui#5027):

• Override host, basePath, and schemes for OAS2 definitions: Mechanism to override host, basePath and scheme for OpenAPI 2.x definitions swagger-api/swagger-ui#5981
• Hide the YAML/JSON file link: Means to prevent the display of the OpenAPI specification URL link. swagger-api/swagger-ui#4171
• Hide the Base URL: Means to prevent the display of the OpenAPI specification URL link. swagger-api/swagger-ui#4171
• Hide info.description: Hide info.description swagger-api/swagger-ui#5267

@shockey let me know if this work seems acceptable to you so far. I haven't been doing any kind of serious testing - I've just been taking the snippets off of github and dropping them into the boilerplate I created from your initial plugin.
