Binary files downloaded from the "Files" tab are corrupted

Describe the bug
Binary files downloaded from the "Files" tab are corrupted, and can not be properly open.

To Reproduce

1. Upload a binary file to the server (e.g. .pdf)
2. Download the file from the UI
3. Open the file, and the file is coruupted

Expected behavior

1. File should be intacted.

2. File downloaded from Chrome
