reddit: annoyance factor of expanding slash-references #2194
Description
The problem
If people talk about Reddit stuff enough, they could find the automatic info about in-text references to r/ and u/ names annoying. At present, this feature can be disabled only on a per-channel basis via the relevant global configuration functions.
The solution
reddit should have a plugin setting to suppress this behavior everywhere.
